Returns
Damaged Items
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different, or not working, please contact us at sales@europac3d.com within 7 days of the order being received.
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your goods you have 25 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must follow the criteria below:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All accessories must be returned
- Returned in the original packaging.
- If your item was not purchased directly from us, we need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Europac Ltd may decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels
- Products that have been lost or damaged
