How Does AI Scanning Work?
Artec3D has developed a new HD Mode for 3d scanners that is powered by a proprietary neural AI engine. Developed using many thousands of carefully selected samples, the neural engine is able to detect familiar patterns,shapes and surfaces. As a result of this learning process Artec3D scanners can reconstruct 3d images with a much higher number of polygons, which in turn leads to higher resolution 3d models that are cleaner, sharper and more accurate.
