HP MJF 3D Printing Service

Our HP MJF 3D Printing Service uses cutting-edge additive manufacturing process that revolutionizes the production of high-quality, functional parts. Utilizing a sophisticated inkjet printhead, the technology precisely deposits droplets of fusing and detailing agents onto a fine layer of nylon powder. Heat lamps then activate these agents, causing the powder particles to fuse together and form solid layers. This layer-by-layer construction results in parts with exceptional accuracy, fine details, and smooth surfaces.

One of the key advantages of MJF is its ability to produce complex geometries without the need for support structures, making it a highly versatile solution for creating intricate and robust components in various industries.

3DPrintworx provides MJF 3D printing services with two material options: PA12 and PA11 Nylon. Parts can be delivered in their natural grey colour or dyed black. Additionally, we offer the option to smooth parts using advanced vibro finishing technology.

MJF Print Service Material Finishes

Raw Grey

Raw finish with no additional post processing treatments. Parts are cleaned of all loose material using Dyemansion technology to give a crisp clean parts. The parts have a ‘grain like’ texture and mottled grey colour.
