3DPrintworx specialise in low volume production runs of components whereby the high costs of tooling may be prohibitive for relatively low numbers. In our purpose-built manufacturing facility based in Cheshire, UK we have HP MJF 3D printers running both PA12 and PA11 Nylon. PA12 is a great all-round choice for strong durable and precise components, while PA11 offers a little more flexibility making it ideal for ‘snap fits’ and components that require more elastic properties such as orthotics and other medical devices.
In addition, 3DPrintworx operates a fleet of industrial large volume UnionTech SLA additive manufacturing systems, producing high-quality stereolithography-SLA functional prototypes, tooling, and end-use parts for demanding industrial applications.
Europac3D has more than 20 years of experience, offering 3d scanning and 3d printing services throughout the UK and Ireland. We can 3D print one-off prototypes or tens of thousands of parts. 3D Printing Service Material Options
PA12 Nylon
PA12 Nylon is a strong durable material with excellent chemical and heat resistance. It produces accurate, detailed parts with isotropic properties in X, Y and Z directions. Relatively low raw material cost make this material and excellent choice for production runs when many thousands of parts are required.
PA11 Nylon
PA11 Nylon for strong flexible parts such as orthotics, sports goods and hinged componenets. It produces detailed parts with excllent surface finish and high impac resistance.
SLA White Resin
A cost-effective, general-purpose stereolithography SLA resin with a clean white, matte finish that delivers excellent surface detail, strong dimensional accuracy and good mechanical performance. Parts print with crisp edges and smooth surfaces ready to use straight off the printer — ideal for functional prototypes, concept models, housings and creative visual applications across industrial and design workflows.
High Temperature Resin
High Temp 220D is a high-temperature SLA photopolymer resin developed for components that require dimensional stability and mechanical performance at elevated temperatures. When correctly post-processed, parts can achieve a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of up to 227°C.
